Dr. Teresa J. Parsons graduated from the University of South Florida receiving both her Doctorate of Clinical Audiology (Au.D.) in 2020 and Bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences & Disorders in 2016.

Dr. Teresa always knew she wanted to be in a healthcare field.  She did not realize until starting classes in graduate school that it is abnormal to hear ringing in her ears! Dr. Teresa has been diagnosed with constant bilateral tinnitus and has tried many different devices for on-ear sound therapy.

Dr. Teresa worked in an auditory research lab for over four years, where she investigated effects of aging and noise on the hearing system.  She is proud to have presented her research findings at conferences nationwide.

She is well-versed on all major brands of hearing aids and cochlear implants.  Dr. Teresa enjoys supporting people through the entire patient journey. She enjoys live music events and sharing the importance of hearing protection to everyone that will listen.
